If you roll in late, you’re creating extra work for our volunteer team, who are busy making the magic happen (instead of waiting around for stragglers). There will be directions, but you must check in with an organizer—no exceptions. No, you cannot just "sneak in quietly." We will see you. We will judge you. Plan accordingly.

Re-entry is allowed, but why would you? Leaving the magic of Granite Burn for the default world is not recommended. Choose wisely.

We love you, but once your ticket is purchased, it's yours. No exceptions.

Life happens, we get it—plans change, but unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds. We don’t want to sound like a broken record, but this is our policy. Please make sure you’re all in before buying. If you can't make it for some reason, consider passing your ticket along to someone else.

Long answer: We love RVs as much as the next person, but space is limited. However, if you have specific needs—like medical requirements—we can absolutely discuss exceptions. If that’s you, reach out and we’ll make sure you have what you need to enjoy the event comfortably!

No pets. We love animals, which is why we’re sparing them from your life choices this weekend.
